Having MS doesn't entitle you to free prescriptions but you might be able to get one if you satisfy other criteria like income level etc. I pre-pay for my medications which includes all supplementary medications and catheters etc. It makes economic sense for me to do that. Your main DMD will be funded differently, and you won't pay for that. You may also find some medications will be available on the NHS depending on where you live, so fampridine is available in Scotland on the NHS but not England, for instance.
