Telling co-workers
Do you think it’s a good idea to tell co-workers about having MS? This way they understand when you forget things or walk funny. What do you think?

It's probably best to only tell management and have them keep this privately between managers. I told one colleague, she told the whole area in our patch. People kept asking questions like I owed them an explanation. If there was a NDA (non disclosure agreement) I would get colleagues to sign, otherwise its a need to know Managers only.
