Anyone develop drop foot and muscle Aptrophy.

I have had MS for 11 years taking Tysabri and now I have developed drop foot and in my right foot and muscle aptrophy. And now they want to change me to Ocrevus because they claim I have developed Secondary Progressive MS. Anyone else have this happen
