How to describe the numbness?
Anyone else struggle to describe to the ‘normal’ folk how the numbness feels, my toes feel almost glued together or feels like I’ve got tight bunched up socks on. What’s anyone else’s take on this?

Hi, I normally have people laughing as I describe my Numbness as having pins and needles without the needles part lol
I can’t seem to explain it either. So I quit trying. Sometimes it’s easier that way ❤️
