Yes! I researched a bit when my neurologist told me he was recommending this procedure. I discovered that It's recommended that after you have your lumbar puncture done, you stay laying horizontal for at least 2 hours before you go home and then at home... Stay horizontal for 24 hours except when eating or going to the bathroom. It worked like a charm. Other than feeling a bit of pressure, my procedure went really well. No pain or spinal headache. But, I took the laying flat sooo seriously.
