Exercise. Sounds a bit counter to fatigue & itself can cause some fatigue, but it’s not really. Do what you can, when you can. Just keep it up & keep to a schedule you set yourself, before you know it things change with fatigue. If you need to nap sometimes after - whatever that’s allowed I say. Get your ms team to refer you to physio for guidance on appropriate exercise if they haven’t done so already. Best of luck on the health journey 🍀
