Yes, you body is attacking itself. If you stay away from sugar, use honey or stevia instead of sugar this should help. Sugar just puts me to sleep.
@esanchez1 I attended a lecture by a Professor at University College of London, who is doing research into MS. He showed two brain scans of people lifting their little finger, the activated part of the brain used for this activity was in red. For the person without MS, just a tiny spot of the brain was activated and used, in order to move the little finger. In the person with MS, a much, much larger part of the brain (also highlighted in red)was used just to replicate the same simple movement. The Professor proposed that this may be why people with MS, feel fatigue alot of the time and the simplest of tasks seem to take herculean levels of effort and energy. Because those with MS are having to use more of their brain and energy, in order to do things-often due to damage caused by lesions. I'm always tired and could happily sleep almost anywhere! 😆
