Vertigo
Does anyone suffer with vertigo all the time? Since my 2nd round of lemtrada iv had constant vertigo it's driving me crazy. I see the ms nurse on Monday hoping they will be able to help with it as the prochlorperazine didn't work x

I was half way up the "Seven sisters" on the south coast when it hit me. Absolutely paralysed. Literally on my hands and knees. I can't tolerate heights or even look upwards at tall buildings anymore.
Vertigo was my first MS symptom when I had a bout that lasted several weeks. Traditional meds don't work, but I did find it gradually settled. I still get dizzy but have learned to manage it...it does get worse in relapses. I saw a neuropsychologist who gave me some visuals exercises that seemed to help a bit as does using a balance board. It seems to be mostly about management of the vertigo rather than treatments sadly.
