Does an automatic car make a difference?

Hi guys, this is my first post, so I hope this is ok. I currently drive a manual car, and experience leg pain often due to my MS. I wondered if anyone had noticed an automatic car was easier to drive when experiencing symptoms like this?
@Steve5

I have not tried a manual since my diagnosis. I did get a new car that is an automatic with the lane assist, automatic braking, and adaptive cruise control. I do like those features.

If you experience numbness or weakness on one side of your body no driving an automatic vehicle does not make a difference when you have MS.
