Honest and UnbiasedOpinions Please!

Children, Yes or No? I am at that stage where I am thinking about whether or not I entertain the idea of trying for a child. My MS is stable - I am currently off medication as of this month due to having to have vaccines before I go back onto medication, this is what has sparked the conversation within my household. Do I stay off medication and try for a baby or go back onto medication. I need to know the honest pros and cons ! EDIT I am 32 and my partner is 40 and he has 2 children from a previous relationship who are 10 & 13

Children: YES - they will bring allot of joy to your life. Your nurse if not consultant will be able to tell you which drugs are ok to take whilst pregnant.

Personally - no! I was diagnosed infertile 10 years ago, ms diagnosis 11 years ago. It broke my heart when I was told I’d never have a child of my own, but as my symptoms get worse I can accept my “everything happens for a reason” I could not bare the thought of having to care for a child feeling the way I do: But of course, that’s my story: whatever you do, do it for you! 🩷
