First birthday since diagnosis - I'm off out with some friends for a lunch and some drinks and I'm HOPING it doesn't wreck me too hard haha! All limbs crossed that I can manage the whole time with as little pain as possible😂 Its also storming up a treat in Scotland so I'm probably going to get very wet later..... 💀
