Does anyone else suffer from severe pain in their legs, primarily your thighs? The pain is so bad that my neurologist has prescribed oxycodone for it, only on an as needed basis, and some days that barely takes the edge off. I started with RRMS from when I was a child, but have “graduated” to SPMS over the last 10 years or so. I worry because I don’t want to take these pain meds long term, but I don’t know what else is out there. I’ve done PT, exercise, watch my diet, etc. I used to get lidocaine infusions and those really helped, but because insurance doesn’t cover them anymore, no pain clinics offer them anymore. Located in Boston, MA, USA. .

Recently I had severe pain on the upper inside of the thigh. It's intense 😟 I need to talk with a doctor about it
