From my experience there’s nothing to be scared of. I took my first year course in March & April and noticed no side effects at all. It was easy to take. My bloods have shown a dip, as expected but don’t get the next bloods until September so hoping they will be showing some recovery. Likewise won’t get next MRI until later in the year but I’ve got my fingers crossed it is doing it’s intended job. Time will tell. Good luck 🤞
