Sour throat

Hi only just been diagnosed in December with rrms and hight risk of secondary remitting ms. My question is iv just got my first sour throat and lossing my voice and my dmd is due the 17th what would you do. Sorry for silly question just a newbie

I used to get metallic taste in my mouth from iv steroids.. sucking on a mint helped..

Thanks there's a cold type bug doing the rounds at my kids school they have it and I think iv got it
