From rrms to spms, advice
So after 11 years, I transitioned to spms.
Symtoms get steadily worse like foot drop, fatigue, problems with walking etc.
No relapses.
What exactly to expect now? And pls be honest and quite frank.

Truthfully, we are all different and nobody will be able to tell you for certain. I can share my experience though. My RRMS transitioned to SPMS in 2015.. During that time I went from a cane to a rollator to be a full-time manual wheelchair (with Smartdrive power assist) I have complete drop foot Horrible fatigue Numbness Pain Bladder incontinence Spasms Dysphagia Insomnia Brain fog Clumsy Depression Speech difficulties Balance is not a thing anymore
@WheelieChick Hi is the smart drive any good?
