I don’t know if audio symptoms are a common MS thing? I am not ruling it out 🤷‍♀️ But have you tried some olive oil ear spray? I have similar head noises when my ears get a bit congested.

I developed hearing loss due to Ms and then got tinnitus. It sounds like a lawnmower is being used all the time. I finally got hearing aids and they diminished the sound quite a bit.
