Im kind of scares to go sleep at night as i know im alwaya tired ao inevitablg will. Then i wake up in the morning and check myself to see if ive relapsed, as all ive done is qake up in the morning then left eye optic neuritis and 2 months later riggr eye opric neuritis. 14+ yrs later eyes are worse then .. I wake up with lower vack pain then go for MRI scan aome time later and lsgion in my back andmaking my mobility bad... And now i have a wheelchair then upgrades toa scooter fml... I cant walk far before pain starts! As much as i have the scooter ive had it for a week now and havent used it becayse in only 32 and am a bit self conscious im totally ok not goimg out but alao starting to feel very very upset and i dont know what to do...

I get you. Just remember that the worst thing for MS is stress, the more stress you have whether it’s physical or emotional, the more likely you are to relapse. Usually, you have to have new symptoms for more than 48 hrs for a relapse to be diagnosed. MS is a constant fight. I’ve had it for 18 years now and in that time I’ve gone from the brink of being bed bound to walking again. It was a fight, I had to work hard to get my mobility back and I take a lot of pain killers. If I didn’t do this, I wouldn’t be able to be there for my children. They gave me purpose. I’ve been relapse free for 6 years and some of my lesions have healed. I still have bad days and sometimes my symptoms get worse but I continue to work for myself and try to keep as stress free as possible, which is the hardest fyi.
