I know I had multiple rear end collisions before I was diagnosed, I blamed it on MS resulting from that

I'd guess that you ended up with either a head, neck or back injury from the accident. Chances are that your blood-brain barrier was damaged, and white blood cells got in there and started chewing things up. The medical industry wants you to believe some magical virus showed up at the same time. Their other explanation is an immune system gone nuts. Both are bull. If your immune system was the cause, then MS should be detectable by a blood test. It isn't. Look into resveratrol to strengthen your blood-brain barrier. And congratulations on seeing through some of the bull the industry spouts off about M$.
