Guidance on this matter

I’m reaching out to see if anyone here has dealt with housing issues like this or knows the right steps to take legally. Over the past year, I’ve had repeated problems with my apartment management—elevator outages, assigned parking spots being removed, and difficulty getting basic accommodations for mobility. There were also conditions that made everyday tasks harder than they should be. I made them aware of my situation multiple times, but responses were inconsistent or delayed. On top of that, I was given a confirmed lease renewal amount in writing, moved forward with it through a third-party assistance program, and then had the terms changed after the fact. That caused a lot of disruption on my end. I have everything documented—emails, timelines, and communications—and I’m now trying to figure out the best next step. Has anyone here: Worked with an attorney on something similar? Gone through a housing or ADA-related dispute? Or know organizations that actually help in situations like this? I’m not trying to drag this out—I just want to handle it the right way and make sure I’m protected. Any real guidance or direction would mean a lot.
