I need help I take gabapentin but lately especially at night I'm getting such bad restless and heavy body feelings it's horrible. I'm wanting to try some fort of CBD , hemp thing ? Anyone recommend anything ?

I can only speak for myself: I started using CBD extract (full spectrum, not isolate) in January 2025. The focus was on improving my spasticity. This helped, and interestingly, it also eased my bladder problems a little. I can't recommend a certain product due to we live in different countries, but I'll guess when you find the right doctor they can organise good quality medical CBD.
