Physical therapy has taught me how to strengthen my body including my legs. Plus I use afo dme leg braces to give me better stability and balance. Helps correct my right foot drop.
I was the same, I try and walk every day now using my walker & since I’ve been doing this. I’ve built muscle up and my legs are a lot stronger now. I still drag my legs a lot, although I push myself as much as I can. After every walk I have to rest.
