Infusion day on hold
My head is killing me since am 2 weeks til my next infusion to find out my doctor don’t have a work order in or sent in for approval from my insurance. I set my vacation around the infusion now am stressing 😥 sending emails to every doctor in my chart .. do your job or I need to be a sign to someone else
Morning you don’t know me MS found me over 25 years ago, I use Ocrevus Foundation then you go around the doctor. You don’t have to deal with the doctor. I’m not trying to tell you what to do. I’m just suggesting my insurance will not cover.it so try Foundation but if you’re rich, I understand
Oh no, I’m so sorry you’re going through this 😔❤️. I can only imagine how frustrating and overwhelming it must feel to have everything planned around your infusion, only to find out that your doctor’s office hasn’t even submitted the work order or insurance approval. You shouldn’t have to be the one chasing everyone down and making sure your treatment gets taken care of. After everything you already have to deal with, the last thing you need is this added stress and uncertainty. I truly hope they get everything sorted out quickly and that you’re able to keep your infusion appointment without having to change your plans. Please keep advocating for yourself, even though I know it’s exhausting. You deserve doctors and a care team who listen, communicate, and make sure you’re taken care of.
