Yes, hand and grip issues I believe are fairly common. Both my hands have been affected in the past. If this is a new symptom for you, it may be a relapse, make sure to contact your MS team as soon as you can. They may give you steroids to help settle it down. Hope it gets resolved soon as it really affects life when one hand doesn't work well.
Yes. Left hand and it gets worse during my crap gap. Not a perfect solution but maybe OT will help?
