Switching to Briumvi
Had appointment with my neurologist today after some difficulty getting my Kesimpta she’s switching me to Briumvi…here for your experience and opinion on this DMT. Thanks MS warriors!

I haven’t been on Briumvi, yet, but it seems to act like Ocrevus, but with a shorter time between infusions, and a quicker infusion time (1 hour, as opposed to 3+.” You will want to bring snacks, and entertainment. Infusions are boring, 🥱, as you are just sitting, getting meds. If they offer you a pillow and blanket, accept them. Infusions make you cold from the inside, and again, boring. 😴
Been on BRIUMVI since dx in 2023. Infusions every 6 months. It was the beginning of ‘26 the first time I actually felt different. The next morning, it was like a switch was flipped. I could walk better and felt better since that day! Still have those uggh moments but I am keeping a good attitude!
