I’ve always had a terrible memory for some things but fabulous in work (I’m a nurse by background) I now work in management but work memory is still great. I reply with I remember really important stuff & try my best! I’ve resorted for many years, even before my PPMS diagnosis, to writing everything down & reminders in my phone! I’ve always had the ability to ‘daydream’ too so if I switch off at times it’s generally that!!! I usually reply with ‘stop boring me with chatting shit’ - that usually gets a laugh!

I share my research with them and ways they can support me. Memory loss is very common. My Neuro gave me memory testing. If not, tell them to kick rocks. lol just kidding. Good luck!
