I’ve been trying lion’s mane capsules the last few weeks & haven’t noticed any significant difference. I might carry on another few weeks, but don’t really think it helps me.
@feltwright Maube some people see a benifit but i tried reishi lions mane and turkey tale but i couldnt see a difference. It nay work for others though
