Best treatment for RRMS

Hi. I have recently joined this group due to being diagnosed last week with RRMS as I have lesions in both my brain and spine and spinal fluid. My neurologist told me about treatment options of Tysabri, Briumvi, Ocrevus and Kesimpta and wants me to pick one and message him in the patient portal which one I want so he can start the process which i don't feel is very helpful as I am new to MS. I am researching the options but I am feeling overwhelmed with all of the different options and which one is the best one to start with. I am JCV negative so I an open to the infusion route; however, am wary of the side effects and do not want to experience weight gain with any of them. Does anyone have any suggestions/feedback on which treatment options may be best to take or consider? I am thinking between Tysabri and Kesimpta but still not sure. Also, what symptoms should I look out for as the neurologist said the symptoms I have are not MS and are just stress related since they do not last for at least 24 hours. I have tingling in both arms and legs, sharp headaches, fatigue, brain fog, balance issues, sharp pain in arms and legs, eye pain, dizziness, lightheadedness, muscle pain and spasms. Thanks for your help!

Just started Ocrevus in December. So far, so good!
