Ive been prescribed Mavenclad (cladribine)

Hello! I was recently diagnosed through MRI, had csf test which came positive for OCB. The doctor prescribed me Mavenclad which seems to be a sort of a chemotherapy drug which sacred me but I have a sufficent amount if trust that my docotor has taken a good decision its just he did not explain anything about it or why he did not prescribe other DMT. If anyone has been through this or if you are/ have been on the drug, please share with me you’re experience and if there’s anything you think I should know before going with the treatment. I have had 2 years of Mavenclad. It made me tired (or maybe I was just tired anyway) but no issues while on it. Easy to take pills for a few days over a couple of years. I have seen recent research that it is particularly protective (and indeed results in improvement) to cognition. I think there are even stronger DMTs so I would try to ask the doctor questions so you can make an informed decision.
