Do you find yourself slumping to one side? From the Msgym
Do you ever notice yourself slumping to one side when you're sitting?
Or maybe you find yourself...
Falling backward in your chair
Collapsing forward during exercise
Struggling to stay upright during daily activities
If any of those sound familiar, I want you to watch the exercise we just released today on YouTube.
Because when your spine feels unstable, it's not necessarily just a matter of having "weak abs."
It can also be a coordination and stability problem involving the muscles that support your spine.
And that's why simply doing more traditional "core exercises" may not address everything that's going on.
In today's video, I walk you through a simple 4-part seated spinal stability circuit designed to train your spine in multiple directions.
You'll work on:
→ Vertical stability to help you maintain a taller position
→ Forward and backward control to strengthen the muscles that help pull you upright
→ Side-to-side stability to help with leaning and collapsing to one side
→ Abdominal strength — without having to get down on the floor
It's all done from a seated position, and I show you how to perform and modify each movement.

If staying upright has become more difficult for you, give this one a watch.
And remember, you don't need to do every exercise I share.
Find the movements that address your specific challenges, work at your own level, and stay consistent.
And for those of you in the membership, stay focused on your Core Program sessions. You don’t need to add every exercise I share to what you’re already doing.
Movement is medicine,
