Holiday heat with MS
Hi all,
I was diagnosed in Feb 2026, going to Spain this month but worried about how I will cope with the heat abroad. It’s been really hot in the UK recently but I know heat abroad is different. Any reassurance/tips?

I'm in the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area and I have been using my cooling neck wrap from the Multiple Sclerosis Society of America. MSAA has a cooling vest too for citizens dx with MS. Contact MSAA at www MSAA.org. Good Luck 😇🙏😽❤️✌️
