Numbness and tingling

I got my diagnosis a week ago and I’m starting to question things that have happened to me which I’ve always disregarded but could have been an MS symptom. I’ve experienced a lot of numbness/tinging particularly in my hands/feet and sometimes my leg but I have always put it down to holding my phone or lying in bed. Could this have been one of my symptoms all along?

Your symptoms resonates with my story as well. My first ms symptom was numbness in left cheek and then it was shoulders and forehead. Plenty of tingles and electrical shock pain as well. It came and went. It was 11 yrs of symptoms before diagnosis. Welcome to the club ( it’s not like winning a national championship and Disney showers you with a parade.) my reccomendation is knowledge is power.. research everything u can on ms, dmt treatments, natural ways to combat it (anti inflammatory foods, supplements and pt exercises) along with mental relaxation techniques like meditation and yoga.. all the best on your ms journey..

I had numbness and temperature sensitivity for years before diagnosis. It’s frustrating bc I suggested ms (family history) but was ignored. Wish I knew to ask then for an MRI 😔
