Is this fatigue?

I was diagnosed in April and decided at the beginning of January to start exercising. I’ve been doing strength workouts with a mix of cardio. It’s given me something else to focus on rather than my diagnosis and I’ve really enjoyed it, I’ve also felt like I’ve had more energy from the hormones. However, now that I’m 9 weeks in, I’ve spent the last week unable to do very much, going into work and feeling like walking is a slog. When lying at rest my legs feel heavy and uncomfortable and this has been with little exercise. I feel exhausted even after sleeping 8 hours.

Yes that is fatigue. The gym really does help. Keep going to the gym. I try hard to push through the fatigue and go to the gym. Adjust your work out if need be to accommodate fatigue or other symptoms but go to the gym. Motivation comes and goes what I found is it is discipline that carries you through. Consistency because of discipline. It will payoff. Good luck.
