I have heard of meds for foot drop, but I haven’t needed them. I know there are braces available to force your foot 🦶 to stay up, but I have no idea how feasible that solution is for you? Physio may be able to help with exercises to build up muscles around the muscles that are failing to activate, and possibly give better mobility? Keep asking questions until you find a good solution, then get someone to help you implement it. Best of luck!!
I hear ya I stumbled two weeks ago and fell and hurt my toe. I thought I broke my big toe on my good right foot cause my left foot is my dragger in my drop foot and I panicked at first and I went and got checked. I just kept putting ice on it and relaxing resting . I skip my exercise exercises and stretches for two days. They slowly got back into my exercise in my stretches being cautious thankful that I didn’t break anything using my key around the house just to be more cautious so I don’t stumble hopefully again for a long time it’s frustrating this drop drag Foote. But still it’s one day at a time. I am healing and my foot feels better today.
