Weather

Lately I feel like weather is always an effect. Maybe I'm just noticing it more strongly now. Is this true for you guys? Unless it's perfect and clear and the perfect temperature, it's doing something to me.

I'm just always hot but not sure if time of life has anything to do with that too 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄

Yup some pwMS are heat sensitive, others are cold sensitive. Others no effect. Sometimes there is other non MS things going on eg menopause. Living with MS is never dull! It can be challenging, but each of us may have some symptoms in common, but we will all experience MS differently as well!
