I used to love hot weather but struggle with it now, i use neck cooler, stay hydrated and just keep my body temperature down so the shade is my friend lol how do you handle it in the u.s?

I use my AC/Cooler during hot days and layer my cloths and, again, ramp up my AC/Heater for the chill to *Try* sate this.
