Switching back to Ocrevus..?

I switched from six monthly Ocrevus infusions to at home monthly Kesimpta injections when Covid struck, so I didn’t have to spend half a day in the petri dish of the local hospital, getting infused. Now the NHS are about to release a 15 minute under skin injection. I understand Kesimpta is supposedly but statistically significantly better for lesion prevention, brain shrinkage, and relapse rate, but once every six months instead of once a month for my dose is still very appealing. Anyone else mulling this over..?
@LisaJ45

Ocrevus and Kesimpta both work the same way they are both b cell depleters just given two diff ways as u say. Kesimpta ocrevus & tysabri are the top 3 highly efficient dmts amongst them all . I guess it just goes down to what fits into your schedule the best ? Kesimpta is easier to transition from as its only monthly . Ocrevus infusions is given in a higher concentration as it needs to last for 6 months before the next one that’s why ur pumped full of steroids and antihistamines before limit the side effects . But they both work the same way . I’d just go which fits into your lifestyle better ❤️. I went with K . Like u said no hospital visits catching peoples germs .

I e been Researching into both over the past few months with the view to changing my drug one day. I have read they are broadly the same in terms of efficacy.
