How do you deal with unpredictable energy?
I can go from being fully functional to needing to lie down real quick. I’m dealing with planning life around that without getting frustrated. What has worked for you?

Pacing! I map out my priorities every day and use an app to create a schedule for me that includes intentional breaks. The app (Juno) also provides input into what it thinks my body can handle crashing. It's not fool proof but it does help.
What has worked is when I get a surge of unpredictable energy, I try not to fully exploit it knowing that I will pay for it the next day.
