It all felt wrong in a way, and like I could have avoided it and that all my choices led me to that moment. A lot of things didn't feel real either maybe because I didn't want to believe it

I remember being really surprised to learn it was an autoimmune disease. I knew other people that had MS but I didn’t know anything about how it was caused or treated.
