@gemma_is_tired

I had numb lips and tongue on the right side for a couple of days. When it spread up the whole right side of my face I called a doctor and they advised me to go to the emergency room to rule out a stroke. CT came back clean but they immediately flagged that it could be MS so they kept me in hospital for more tests, and voila. Three days later I get my diagnosis. Super quick journey for me, which I feel very grateful for. What’s your story @britt_anyy7 ?

I had symptoms for awhile but just walked it off. Then I had a big flare up. Numb from the knees down. Foot drop, uncoordinated, right side weakness, the hug, muscle twitches, headache, numbness in the hands, and occasionally it felt like someone was stabbing me behind my eye with a chopstick. General practitioner sent me to neurologist. MRI two days later. Spinal Tap five days after that. Memebership to the MS club was approved. Set up on Ocrevus, D3 and B12 daily. Mediterranean diet. Pushing hard to stay functional and get my kids raised.
