Kesimpta day
Every month I get the reminder that I have this disease . It's on the day I self inject. I'll get other little reminders through out the month ... the fatigue, depression, and anxiety. But on the day of my dose , it's an extra hard reminder
I feel the same, even though the injecting is really easy and quick, somehow it's on my mind the whole day and I can't shake it off... I try to do something nice that evening, eat some special dinner or have a movie night or call friends over, but I don't think they fully realize why
