Work absence UK
Does anybody have policies at work which trigger a support plan when you hit so many days absence.
For example over 9 days absence in a 12 month rolling period will trigger a support plan.
I understand most organisations allow an increase of the trigger mark as as reasonable adjustment.
Does anybody have experience of being granted this adjustment and how extra days did you get as part of that increase?
Thank you 🧐😊

Maybe different in the UK, but the US followed fmla family medical leave act. After 15 years we working with ms. I could only miss 2 more days in the next 60. Anything past that they could've let me go so I quit.
@ChrisFalconer it is different in the UK (thankfully)
