Not directly MS related but... i cant do this on my own.
Can anybody recommend a company that will deliver and install a washing machine to a second floor flat with NO LIFT.

Where are you base? I am in Scotland and have used AO, for delivery, instalation and removal of old machine. I stay on the second floor which is 37 stairs from outside the building up to my home
I too have had AO deliver a fridge to a first floor with a narrow staircase, and take the old one back.
