I have lived with MS for 21 years and for the past 2 months I have started having shaking hands and spasms. My neurologist says it is the natural progression of MS.
Oh I often have the shaking hands and arms. It mostly happens when I’m in a public place, like cafe or supermarket and a bit tense or stressed with being around a lot of people. I used to think what if it’s Parkinson’s, but I read that the brain lesions are often in the same area, hence the similarity. My aunt has Parkinson’s but she says when she’s not having a flare she’s like any other person.
