First post here. I've been going through a flare up for over a month now but been told I can't be given steroids as I'm waiting to start treatment, waiting being the key word here since no one seems to know what's going on it feels like. I've been dealing with hand numbness and spasticity and other symptoms that have mostly gone now. Any advice how to cope both physically and emotionally, I'm spiraling every single day..
