Has anyone here having issues sleeping

I go thru periods of no sleep I’ve taking muscle relaxers and nothing it’s been 3 months

I started taking magnesium glycine and had helped my sleeping a lot. Slept best in the past 20 years since starting taking it. My neurologist told old me I was fine with up to 500mg a day and am taking 480. 2 240mg pills one in morning and one before bed. Doesn’t make you tired but calms the internal spams so resting is easier

@royt I don’t know if that’s gonna work. I’ve been taking an anxiety medication which can make you drowsy 100 mg of trazodone and 10 mg of Flexeril and two Benadryl and I still ain’t sleeping.
