Relapse frequency

I had a relapse in april which is 5 months ago with optic neuritis as my symptom. I was fine after steroids my symptoms subsided and now 5 months later i have the same symptoms again for more than 2 days. Can relapses happen this frequent?

Hi I got optic neuritis in February 2023 & then got it again in September 2023 I was shocked it had come back again so quick but I never got my eyesight back fully from the first attack
