I’ve got two questions and just wanted if anyone could relate or have an opinion. 1. I have this tingling electric shock feeling that is between my shoulder blades about 3 inches below my neck when I move my head a certain way. Anyone experienced this before? 2. I feel extremely tense all the time in my neck, shoulders and,back. Feels like I can never relax my body? I was wondering if a chiropractor is an option for us. I’ve heard both yes and no. I have an appointment coming up with my neurologist and I’m going to ask but, just wanted yalls opinion.
