Does anyone else have trigeminal neuralgia

I have rrms and all of a sudden have been getting stabbing pains in my ear down to my jawline and up into my eye. I feel like Im being shocked multiple times a day.Any words of advice for this?

I was told I have primary progressive multiple sclerosis back in 2015 I don't like to claim nothing so I don't claim it and I have the numbness in the tingling and both feet both legs both hands and both arms also in the lower back I talk to myself a lot I say things like come on let's go lift up right leg lift up left leg I say multiple sclerosis do not belong here you are not welcome her I guess you just got to have a positive mindset you just got to keep the good thoughts going...
