@I have a question,I know i have cognitive fatgue. There are times, when i am with ‘family’ and i literally shut down, turn off, and get angry. I do not always want to ‘be schooled’ by my older brother about what he ‘thinks’ , what he ‘knows’ and ‘ how wrong i am’My cognitive fatigue leads me to complete system shut down, i have no patience for his condecrndig and insulting natute. Does that happen to other people, i do not have the ability to stay calm and ‘hear’ him out. on Shift.ms

They dont understand how you may want to do something, but your body tells you you need a break. Its aggravating. 2 years after they are just starting to understand that no im not lazy. Just fatigued.
