Today I turned 40! I don’t even know how I feel about it. Sometimes idk when I’m sore or tired, idk if it’s from the MS or just my age? Or maybe it’s a bit of both? Had a good bday though. Did a cave kayaking tour thing in San Diego. Got a little sea sick, which I think caused me to have a panic attack because I felt so nauseous & we were so far out in sea that I felt trapped & couldn’t breathe. I was trying to rip my life jacket off. It was a whole ordeal, but woohoo to turning 40 😜
